Payment & Work process

All commission slots are required a full payment upfront. If you cannot fully pay (example: if it is a commission that exceeds $70) then I accept 50% of payment first and the remaining 50% would be after I send the final work. I won't start on the commission otherwise.

1. You order: send request and character reference, ...
2. I state the term & price.
3. After mutual acceptance, I will start working and send you the sketch asap.
4. After you approve the sketch, I will start finishing up the piece, please tell me if you would like an update in line art and base color stage. (this is due to the fact that my sketches are normally very clean and won't be necessary in checking the line art as it will be exactly same with the sketches; and there will have a huge difference between the base and rendered one, aside from that I won't merge any color layers so it's preferred you start fixing the color from the rendered piece instead)
5. I will send the colored piece when I'm done.
6. Changing and checking till you satisfied.
7. Then I will send completed piece through google drive or mail!

Refund Policy

If you suddenly cancel your order, I will only refund 50% after sketch, no refund when color already being applied.
I will give you full refund if Im the one who cancel your order midway.

Edits

- There will be no revision fee for any small details in the sketch period, however, changing the whole character/poses/clothes after receiving rough sketch will result in extra fees.
- Please keep in mind that there will be no changing with the lineart after confirming the sketch. This is because the sketch will be absolutely clean for you to see and the lineart will be exactly the same with the sketch I sent.
- If the color is slightly different from your reference sheet, I will fix it (up to 3 times) if you alert me.

Deadlines

I would kindly ask you please be patient with me, because I’m a slow artist and I wish to give you the best artwork I can. It could take around 3 days - 25 days depending on the complexity of the pieces and my health conditions. If the piece you commission has an urgent need, please tell me beforehand and I will prioritize your commission.

Art usage

- Personal use only, if you want to buy a commission for commercial use, please mention it at order period. (commercial use: x2 original price)
- I will send the completed commissions for you through google drive or gmail for high quality, you are free to use it however you want (no need to credit, however you are forbid to claim the artwork is made by anyone else).
- I have the right to post it on my social media and with commission watermark, if you want a private commission, you have to tell me beforehand.

Denial

I have the right to refuse your request if the artwork requested is something I am unable to draw or my health conditions is not allowed to accept it. I also have the right to cancel your commission if you didn’t pay up to 1 week after approving the sketch.
